As a church, we are in an exciting time of growth and development. In order to fit with our new direction, we have created three roles which are adaptations of previously vacated posts. These roles give opportunity to join our hard-working staff team with all the joys and challenges that a busy church offers.

All three posts are for 15 hours per week and will require varying degrees of flexibility and non-standard hours of working. We are looking for dynamic and energetic “people” people who can recruit and inspire volunteers. We also require a high level of competence with Microsoft Office & Social Media.
Connecting Team Leader
To develop and manage the systems that we currently use for connecting, and to inspire and recruit volunteers involved in engaging with people who are new to our church. Helping new people to find their way into church life and supporting discipleship and participation for both them and all our members. Centre Bookings and Event Management Team Leader
We are looking for someone who can take the unexpected in their stride, to work with other staff and volunteers to oversee the smooth running of events taking place in our Church Centre. As well as managing the current bookings diary, this role also includes recruitment and management of volunteers and an element of marketing. Church Event Management Team Leader
To be responsible for the planning and smooth running of centrally organised church events, working with other staff members and recruiting volunteers. This includes Sunday Services, Church Gatherings, Church Conferences, Church use of the centre and special events. It requires a large level of flexibility, non-standard working hours and ability to cope with being the first to arrive and the last to leave.
