Give a child a home, a chance, a hope for the future?
Thousands of children are taking perilous journeys to and across Europe in desperate search of safety and the chance of a better life.
Unaccompanied and separated children are among those who are the most vulnerable to violence, abuse and exploitation while they are travelling.
Children who find themselves without parental protection are dependent on public authorities to provide for their immediate needs and their future development.
That’s why we’re working in partnership with Staffordshire County Council to do what we can to help these children. One of the things we’re doing is running a campaign with them to recruit foster carers and people to support foster carers.
We’re holding an information session at the church on Wednesday 30 November at 7:30pm at so that interested people can find out more about fostering or supported lodgings and how they can apply. Click here to view the leaflet and further information is also available on a dedicated webpage www.care4child.org/risingbrook.
