Prayer
Saltbox is involved with various prayer initiatives in North Staffordshire and beyond. 
Encounter is a regular prayer gathering usually held on a Wednesday evening and usually every two months. These are opportunities for united worship & prayer with an emphasis on societal transformation. The next Encounter is on Wednesday 22 September 2010 with special guest Bishop Eddie Mulenga at 7.30pm venue (kindly loaned) is Swan Bank Church, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent.
Embrace is an opportunity for 12 hours of unbroken worship and prayer.
City Prayer Goals in May 2010 a number of different leaders were asked for a 12 month prayer goal for the city. Churches and prayer groups for across the area are using these requests for prayer. Go to City Prayer Goals

Saltbox is associated with the Beacon House of Prayer who seek to offer a vibrant regional prayer facility praying for spiritual transformation in our city and nation and helping people explore prayer and the spiritual dimension to life. Healing Rooms are also situated there. Go to Beacon HOP
